Valentina Vanegas Henao

Valentina Vanegas Henao currently serves as a Business Consultant in the VP Network Operations at Avianca since June 2023. Previously, Valentina held the position of Chief of Staff at both Mi Águila and Katapult Commerce from October 2022 to June 2023. Valentina's experience at Novartis spanned from January 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included serving as the Strategic Alliances Regional Lead for Latin America and Canada and as a Business Development & Alliance Management Analyst. Early in the career, Valentina worked as a Demand Planning Trainee in Supply Chain Management for Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia, and started with Universidad del Rosario as a Research Assistant and member of the Promotional Unit. Valentina holds degrees in International Business Administration and Logistics and Production Administration from Universidad del Rosario, studied between 2013 and 2019.
