Thomas Fleury

Thomas Fleury is a seasoned professional in the real estate and proptech sectors, currently serving as Founder and Managing Director of Aviary Consulting since January 2018, where recruitment and advisory services are provided across Europe and the US. In addition, Thomas founded Proptech Jobs in February 2022, a dedicated marketplace for recruitment in the property technology sector. Previous experience includes positions as Head of the European Desk at Cobalt Recruitment and Co-Founder of MyRealEstateNetwork. Thomas has also worked as a Senior Associate at Deloitte Real Estate and as an Analyst at Icade. Academically, Thomas holds an MSc in Real Estate and Wealth Management from KEDGE Business School, an MSc in Financial Markets from SKEMA Business School, and a Bachelor in Law from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
