Maria Vereina has a diverse work experience in the field of customer experience (CX) research. Maria started their career at MegaFon in 2017 as a Customer Journey Analyst and worked there until 2019. From January to October 2019, they held the role of CX Researcher at OZON.ru before being promoted to Head of CX until October 2020. Maria then joined Alfa Capital as the Head of Customer Experience from October 2020 to March 2021. Simultaneously, they worked as a Students' Mentor at the Higher School of Economics from March 2020 to January 2021. Maria'smost recent position is as the Head of CX Research at Aviasales, which they have held since April 2021. Maria has also worked as a Senior Lecturer at Contented from October 2018 to April 2021.
Maria Vereina earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Moscow City Teachers' Training University (MGPU) between the years 2009 and 2014.
