Sergey Polisanov

Sergey Polisanov has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer for oDesk, specializing in website development and integration with CRM and ERP systems. Sergey then transitioned to the construction industry, where they served as a Senior Web Developer and later as a Digital Marketing Specialist for a company called "Good Wood." In these roles, Sergey optimized advertising budgets and implemented end-to-end analytics to improve lead generation. Sergey also conducted design thinking research and launched successful sales channels for high-end clients.

In 2017, Sergey joined Accenture as a Product Owner and Agile Coach. Sergey led scrum teams and successfully launched consumer loan functionality for top banks in Russia. Sergey also implemented Agile frameworks and facilitated agile transformation across multiple streams, training teams and leadership on key topics. Most recently, Sergey joined Aviasales in 2022 as a Product Operations Manager, where their responsibilities are not specified.

Sergey Polisanov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MSUCE) between the years 2011 and 2015. In addition to their degree, they have also completed several certifications. In March 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. In October 2018, they earned the Certified Kanban Systems Design (KMP I) certification from Lean Kanban Inc. Furthermore, in December 2018, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner certification and in October 2022 they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer certification, both from Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, in April 2021, they obtained a certification from GoPractice, Inc. called GoPractice Simulator.
