Aaron You is a seasoned software testing and project management professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Since November 2013, Aaron has served as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Aviat Networks, focusing on software testing needs, test plans, and specifications. Prior to this role, Aaron was with Huawei from May 2000 to October 2012, progressing through various positions including Project Manager, Test Manager, Line Manager of the Test Department, Team Leader, and Test Engineer. Aaron's responsibilities encompassed managing R&D project deliveries, developing core network product platforms, and overseeing substantial test teams while implementing Agile methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Control Theory & Engineering from Chongqing University and a Bachelor's degree in Industry Automation and Control from Xi'an Institute of Technology.
