Carol Frazier

Carol Frazier, CTP, has a strong background in treasury and risk management, with diverse experience in various industries. Carol currently holds the position of Director of Treasury & Risk Management at Aviat Networks since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director, Risk & Treasury Management at Superior Essex from April 2018 to April 2022.

Before joining Superior Essex, they worked at Sage as the Regional Treasury Manager - Americas from June 2016 to April 2018. Carol also served as a Treasury Consultant at Doosan Infracore International for a brief period in 2016.

Carol's earlier work experience includes roles such as Sr. Director, Treasury & Guarantees at Evoqua Water Technologies from September 2013 to November 2015, Assistant Treasurer at Global Payments from December 2008 to June 2013, and International Treasury Manager at Newell Rubbermaid from November 2007 to December 2008.

Carol also worked at Travelport as the Global Cash Management & Treasury Manager from November 2004 to November 2007, Treasury Manager at Morgan Stanley (formerly Lend Lease Real Estate Investments) from April 2000 to November 2004, and Portfolio Manager/Fixed Income Trader at Trusco Capital Management from April 1988 to April 2000.

Throughout their career, Carol has demonstrated expertise in global cash management, foreign exchange, interest risk management, cash flow forecasting, bank relationship management, debt management, and strategic planning.

Carol Frazier, CTP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lander University in 1988. In 2002, Carol obtained the certification of Certified Treasury Professional from The Association for Financial Professionals.
