Richard Zhou

Richard Zhou has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and manufacturing field. Richard started their career at Harris Communications in Shenzhen, China, where they served as a Senior Operations Manager from October 1993 to July 1999. Richard then joined Nortel in February 2000 as a Manager of Product and Test Engineering until August 2003. After that, they worked at BreconRidge, a Sanmina-SCI Company, as a Program Manager from August 2003 to May 2007. Richard Zhou's most recent role was at Aviat Networks, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering from June 2007 to February 2010, Senior Manager of Quality and Manufacturing Engineering from February 2010 to July 2013, and Director of Product Engineering and Supplier Quality from July 2013 until present.

Richard Zhou obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology in the years 1979-1983. Richard then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business Management at the University of Ottawa from 2000-2002.
