Irina Gubina

Irina Gubina currently serves as the HRD at Aviata.kz since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership. Previously, Irina held the HRD position at Relog from April 2022 to December 2022, and contributed to Kolesa Group as the Team Lead of Education and HR Manager from December 2016 to April 2022. Additionally, Irina worked as a Manager at IAESTE from August 2012 to November 2016. Irina Gubina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics with a focus on Finance, obtained from Университет Туран, where Irina completed both the Master's program in 2014-2016 and the Bachelor's program in 2010-2014.
