Since 2007, we have grown and developed into the recognised provider for Operational Readiness, Baggage Resilience and system mitigations. Our CEO Grant Thompson began a career in Aviation at Heathrow in 1991. He identified areas that required support and developed an agile business to provide a flexible resource pool to provide the support as and when needed. ABC has been an integral part of the airport’s growth, we understand its mechanics, and have a diverse and talented structure in place to develop in synergy with Heathrow Airport Ltd. In the Summer of 2020, ABC secured the contract for Baggage Operations at Vancouver Airport (YVR). Against the backdrop of the global pandemic, our team collaborated with our North American partners to provide Baggage Operations designed to exceed the high standards set at Vancouver.
