Alex Kuzmenko, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. From 2004 to 2007, Alex worked as an Accounting Supervisor at Combined Properties, Inc. Following that, Alex served as an Accounting Manager at Douglas Development Corporation from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2018, Alex worked as an Accounting Manager at DFT (DuPont Fabros Technology). Currently, Alex holds the position of REIT Controller and Director of Accounting at Aviation Facilities Co (AFCO) since September 2018.
Alex Kuzmenko, CPA, holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University, which was earned from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Alex obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Baltimore between 1997 and 2000. Alex is also a certified public accountant (CPA), certified by the State of Delaware in June 2014.
