Stephen W. is currently the Chief Financial & Operating Officer at Aviation & Missile Solutions (AMS), a defense contractor specializing in sensors, weapon systems, and air and missile defense technologies. Prior to their current role, they worked at Dynetics, Inc. for over two decades, starting as the Department Manager for RF/EW Solutions and progressing to roles such as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and VP of Finance. During their time at Dynetics, they were responsible for financial management, strategic planning, resource allocation, compliance, and forecasting for a $1 billion portfolio.

Stephen W. Thomas began their education journey in 1991 at Auburn University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering.
