Rick Sofge is the Director of Operations in Kuwait at Aviation Training Consulting, where they also serve as an instructor pilot. Previously, Rick held the role of Chief Pilot for KC-130J at the same company and served as a Program Manager in the United States Marine Corps from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Rick worked as an Assistant Program Manager for Systems Engineering at Naval Air Systems Command from 2010 to 2012. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Systems Engineering at the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Florida.
