Cory Bower has extensive work experience in the military and aviation industry. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as the Chief of Training at the 44th Fighter Squadron, where they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and publishing combat training plans and requirements for 35 pilots. Cory was also an F-15C mission commander and functional check flight pilot. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as the AT-38C OGV Branch Chief at the 12th Operations Group, where they supervised and conducted AT-38 flight evaluations and was an AT-38B instructor pilot and flight examiner. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as the Chief of Wing Stan Eval at the 1st Fighter Wing, where they managed the standardization and evaluation program for three F-15C fighter squadrons and was the chief F-15C flight examiner for 140 pilots. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as the Chief of Plans and Exercise Evaluation and as the Operations Officer, Detachment 1 at the 125th Fighter Wing, where they were the director of operations responsible for aircraft movement, training, and resources of a 24/7 air superiority alert site with 28 full-time personnel. Cory was also an F-15C instructor pilot. Finally, from 2005 to present, they have been the Founder, Director of Sales and President of Aviator Gear, a one-stop shopping solutions company for military flying squadrons.
Cory Bower attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
