Jessica Madrid

Jessica Madrid's work experience includes serving as the Director of Retail Operations at Aviator Nation since 2016. In this role, they are responsible for recruiting, hiring and training new team members, leading the team to achieve growth objectives, and analyzing sales and reports. Before that, they founded and managed 360 Productions S.A.C. from 2008 to 2014. As the Founder/Owner, they fundraised and managed national talent groups in Peru and abroad, planned large group travel and logistics, produced video and photo content for various brands and groups, and translated and built bridges between cultures.

Jessica Madrid completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Communication, General at Alliant International University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued their General Education at Mesa Community College from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained the certification "Be the Manager Who Fights for Their Team" from LinkedIn in April 2023.
