Naia Urruty

Naia Urruty has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2016, they started working at the Basque Cultural Center as a Dance Aid and later took on the role of Event Assistant, responsible for event setup, child care, and cleanup. In 2019, they joined Convent & Stuart Hall where they founded and led the Eco Friends Environmental Club, managing projects and promoting sustainability initiatives. Naia also served as a Trés Bien Yearbook Layout Designer, Photographer, and Reporter, as well as a Student Arts Workshop Artist and Mentor. At the Bay Area Youth Climate Summit in 2020, Naia worked as a Climate Action Planning Lightning Speaker. Naia then joined Alliance Française de San Francisco in 2021 and 2022, first as a Camp Counselor where they coordinated activities and taught French to young children. Later, they worked as an Office Worker. In 2022, Naia joined Aviator Nation as a Retail Sales Associate.

Naia Urruty's education history demonstrates a focus on business administration and marketing. From 2021 to 2025, they attended Loyola Marymount University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, Naia pursued the International Baccalaureate program, obtaining a Full IB Diploma. Between 2017 and 2021, they attended Convent & Stuart Hall, although no degree or field of study is specified during this timeframe. Additionally, Naia is currently enrolled in the M-School, LMU College of Business Administration, where they are expected to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing (Content Creation) by 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Naia has also obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they received the California Child Abuse Mandated Reporter certification from the California Department of Social Services. Naia also completed the Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training, as well as the Food Safety Training & Certification, both obtained in July 2021 from the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and StateFoodSafety respectively.
