Naomi Raponi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Naomi started their career in 2001 as the Owner of Bella, a renowned store in Toronto recognized as one of the top ten stores in the city. During their time at Bella, Naomi curated a blend of contemporary designers and gained expertise in buying and trend markets in Los Angeles, New York, and Paris.

In 2003, Naomi identified a gap in the maternity market and co-founded Kick Maternity, Toronto's first designer maternity clothing boutique. Naomi served as the Co-Founder and President of Kick Maternity until 2010, fulfilling the need for designer maternity wear in the city.

Following that, Naomi joined Standard Apparel in 2015 as the Director of Womenswear until 2017, where they played a pivotal role in the company's women's fashion segment.

In 2015, Naomi transitioned to Aviator Nation as the Director of Canadian Sales, driving sales and contributing to the brand's success. Naomi continued in this role until 2021 when they joined CADDIS as the Director of Canadian Sales. Currently, Naomi is responsible for leading sales efforts and expanding the brand's presence in Canada.
