Dean Rivera

Dean Rivera is an experienced executive with a robust background in sports management and operations. As Chief Operating Officer at Aviator Sports and Events Center since March 2006, Dean oversees various functions including sports revenues, forecasting, human resources, marketing, hospitality, special events, and new business development. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for the New York Islanders, where Dean led a diverse sales team to achieve significant corporate sponsorship goals, and roles such as General Manager/Senior VP at Newark Bears and Director of Premium Seating at Arena at Harbor Yard - Centerplate. Dean holds a B.S. in Management and a Professional Certificate in Athletic Administration from St. John's University.
