Rajeshwari Rao

Rajeshwari Rao has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rajeshwari currently holds the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Aviatrix, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Fortinet as a Senior Director of Engineering and Customer Success from 2021 to 2022. Before joining Fortinet, they were a Senior Director of Customer Success and Quality Engineering at ShieldX Networks, which was acquired by Fortinet in 2021. At ShieldX, they played a key role in building the Quality Engineering team and overseeing overall strategy and direction of quality assurance. Before ShieldX, Rajeshwari worked at McAfee, where they held the position of Manager, QA Engineering from 2013 to 2016 and Lead QA Engineer from 2004 to 2012. Rajeshwari'searlier experience includes working as a Software QA Engineer at Avnisoft Corporation from 2003 to 2004 and as an Application Software Engineer at Compaq from 1997 to 2000. In their roles, Rajeshwari has demonstrated expertise in engineering, quality assurance, customer success, and leadership.

Rajeshwari Rao completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bapuji Institute of Engineering & Technology, Davangere, where they studied in the years leading up to 1997. Rajeshwari later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering at Santa Clara University from 2001 to 2003. In 2011 to 2012, they obtained an Advanced Computer Security Certificate from Stanford University. Additionally, in May 2022, they obtained two certifications: Aviatrix Certified Engineer - Multi-Cloud Network Associate and Aviatrix Certified Engineer - Multi-Cloud Network Professional from Aviatrix.
