Matt’s primary responsibilities as Avicado’s Head of Sales and Marketing are to define, build and execute strategies that keep the company on a path of continued growth and industry leadership. Core to this mission is a focus on nurturing and managing strategic partnerships that complement their business.

A results-driven leader with a track record of building and coaching high-performing sales organizations that exceed revenue targets, Matthew is an expert at defining and executing complex, B2B go-to-market strategies, hiring exceptional talent and helping teammates accomplish their personal and professional goals. Prior to joining Avicado, he garnered more than a decade of experience in sales and marketing process development, implementation and refinement, including as Vice President of sales at e-Builder and Rumbix, and most recently as Sales Director at Aurigo Software Technologies.

Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree from Providence College and is currently based in Massachusetts. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing with his family in the winter and golfing in the summer. Originally from the New England area, he’s an avid Boston sports fan.
