Ben Pena

Ben Pena has extensive experience in operations management within the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Warehouse and Transportation at Avid Bioservices since May 2019, Ben previously held various managerial roles at Oriental Motor USA from November 1995 to March 2019, including Operations & Facilities Manager, Plant and Facilities Manager, and Production Manager. Throughout these positions, responsibilities encompassed overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, and managing production schedules. Prior experience includes training operators at SMT Dynamics, and serving as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate in the US Navy. Ben holds an Associate of Arts degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
