Heather Costanzo

Heather Costanzo is an experienced project manager with a comprehensive background in commercial property management and construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Avid Engineers since April 2022, Heather previously held positions at Ferris Development Group, LLC as a Commercial Property Manager and Expedited Construction Project Manager from January 2012 to April 2022, and at BPG Management Company as a Commercial Property Manager from October 2007 to January 2012. Earlier in the career, Heather worked as a Tenant Coordinator and Assistant Property Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle from November 2003 to September 2007. Heather obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Westfield State University between 1998 and 2002.
