Chris Monahan

Chris Monahan is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in development management and strategic acquisitions. As Co-Founder and Director at Sage x Clare since July 2018, Chris also serves as Senior Development Manager at AVID Property Group. Previously, Chris held positions such as Development Manager at Capitol Property Group, where responsibilities included the planning and delivery of a master-planned community, and Acquisition & Development Manager at Devine Limited, overseeing key community developments. Earlier roles at AVJennings involved business development and feasibility analysis for medium-density sites. Chris holds a Master's degree in Business (Property) from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University, complemented by a VCE in Economics from Xavier College.
