Monique Jennings

Monique Jennings is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Corporate Counsel at AVID Property Group since November 2020. With a solid background in property law, Monique has previously held positions as a Senior Associate at HFW and Lander & Rogers, where responsibilities included advising corporate clients on industrial and commercial leasing, conveyancing, and related dispute resolution. Earlier experience as a Lawyer at Landerer & Company involved managing retail leasing matters, drafting and negotiating various lease documents, and providing litigation support. Monique began the career as a Lease Administrator at Westfield, further honing expertise in lease documentation and client communication. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
