Tim's experience at EY spanned from May 2016 to September 2021, where roles included Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant in Real Estate Advisory Services. Early career experience includes working as a Sales & Leasing Executive at Gorman & Kelly Commercial Real Estate Pty Ltd and as a Cadet at Walton Construction Pty Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed site management and subcontractor coordination. Tim holds a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Management from Deakin University, complemented by foundational education at Carey Baptist Grammar School.
