Ryan Cella

Ryan Cella has extensive work experience in project management within the pharmaceutical and research industries. Ryan began their career at Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc in 2005, where they worked on Phase I, II, and III studies in various therapeutic areas, including oncology and cardiovascular. Ryan also worked abroad in the Netherlands and implemented a Project Management Training Program. In 2008, they joined RadPharm, Inc as a Project Manager, focusing on managing imaging protocols in oncology. In 2010, they joined Octagon Research Solutions as a Senior Project Manager, taking on responsibilities such as coordinating team meetings and communicating project timelines. In 2012, they moved to Avid Radiopharmaceuticals, where they served as a Senior Manager of Clinical Project Management and later as an Associate Director of Project Management. Currently, they are employed at Eli Lilly and Company as an Associate Director of Project Management.

Ryan Cella obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2005. In 2013, they pursued higher education and completed their Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania in 2016. During their time at the University of Pennsylvania, they also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership Studies in May 2016. Ryan also briefly attended Houghton University in 2001-2002, but the specific degree or field of study obtained during their time there is unknown.
