Melissa Shipler

Melissa Shipler has worked in the homebuilding industry for over 20 years. Melissa began their career in 1999 as a Billing Clerk at Koschkee Transfer. In 2002, they joined AVID Ratings (formerly NRS Corporation) as a Client Service Representative and Office Assistant. Melissa then moved to Avid Ratings in the same year, where they held the roles of Client Service Manager, General Manager of the GoSurvey Division, and Vice President of Client Success. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Client Success at Avid Ratings.

Melissa Shipler attended Richland Center High School from 1992 to 1996, and then Southwest WI Technical College from 1996 to 2001, where they studied Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary.
