Sarah Fish

Sarah Duffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical service and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Technical Service Agent and Claims Administrator at AVID Risk Solutions since October 2019. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at Dry Goods USA from August 2014 to October 2019, including Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, where responsibilities encompassed visual merchandising, staff training, and hiring recommendations. Sarah's background includes writing and photography for The Business News - North Central WI., and serving as Visual Arts Editor for Sheepshead Review, alongside experience as a photographer for Fourth Estate. Additionally, Sarah interned in Media Relations at the Multicultural Center of Greater Green Bay, focusing on web development and content creation. Sarah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an Associate's degree in General Studies from UW-Baraboo/Sauk County.
