Justin McLaughlin

Justin McLaughlin is a highly experienced Controls Engineer with extensive expertise in automation systems across various industries, including green hydrogen projects and oil and gas operations. Currently serving as Controls Engineer III at Avid Solutions, Justin is involved in pioneering green hydrogen initiatives for Plug Power in Woodbine, GA, and St. Gabriel, LA. Previously, as a Senior Controls System Engineer at Prime Controls, Justin led diverse teams on major projects in water/wastewater systems and developed specific panel designs. Additional roles include Control System Engineer positions at Goodman Manufacturing, RoviSys Building Technologies, and Automation Services & Controls, where Justin honed skills in PLC programming, project management, and quality control for control systems. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Akron.
