Alessandra M. has extensive legal and administrative experience, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Avid since August 2014, where previous roles included SVP, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Head of Global ESG, as well as SVP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. Prior to Avid, Alessandra held various legal positions at Axiom, Vinson and Elkins, Fried Frank, and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Additionally, Alessandra served as Board Member and Vice President at PhillyKinder from 2018 to 2022, a non-profit focused on German-language education and cultural heritage for children. Alessandra holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a Magistra Juris from the University of Vienna.
