Don Francis

Don Francis is an experienced Enterprise Business Architect with a robust background in IT and commercial affairs. Currently employed at Avid since June 2021, Don previously served as the Head of Commercial & Medical Affairs IT at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals from March 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, Don held various positions at Biogen, including Associate Director/Principal Architect and Sr. Architect, from 2009 to March 2020. Don's career also features roles such as Siebel Developer at Forrester Research and Senior Siebel Consultant at E5 Systems, among others. Don possesses an Executive MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, earned in 2017, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras, completed in 1999.
