Matti Sänkiaho

Matti Sänkiaho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and customer support within the media technology sector. Since October 2003, Matti has served as a Distinguished, Senior Principal Systems Engineer at Avid, focusing on enhancing internal processes and delivering exceptional service to customers. His role in the CSAT team involves resolving critical situations and ensuring solutions meet customer expectations. Previously, Matti held the position of Senior CS Specialist – EMEA, acting as the Interplay Subject Matter Expert and providing second-level support. Prior to Avid, Matti worked as a Product Specialist at Mediatrade Oy and served as an Assistant in the Media Laboratory at EVTEK. Matti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Viestintätekniikka from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2003.
