Monica Luther

Monica Luther, Ed.D., serves as the OC Chapter President of the California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators since August 2025, leading a dedicated team to support Orange County administrators. Currently, Monica is the Principal at Yorba Middle School, where the focus is on fostering success for all scholars. Monica's extensive experience includes roles as an Assistant Principal and AVID Staff Developer & Writer at the AVID Center since April 2017, emphasizing educational equity and improving instructional practices. Previously, Monica held the position of Assistant Principal in Buena Park School District and worked as an Instructional Specialist in Norwalk/La Mirada Unified School District for over 14 years. Monica obtained a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Dance Teacher Education from Loyola Marymount University.
