Adam Silvester

Adam Silvester has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking and finance industry. Adam started their career at San Jose State University as a member of the band in 1999. Adam then worked as a supervisor at Starbucks Coffee Company from 1999 to 2004. Following this, they worked as a journeymen carpenter at Marrone Construction from 2004 to 2008. Adam then transitioned to the banking industry and held roles such as Small Business Specialist at Bank of America and Member Service Representative at CEFCU/Valley Credit Union. In 2010, they worked as a Treasury Analyst at California Water Service Company. From 2011 to 2012, they worked in finance and operations at BODHI BLISS YOGA, LLC, a start-up in the service industry. Adam then joined Bridge Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank, where they worked as a Credit Portfolio Analyst III (Senior, Credit Administration) from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they worked as an AVP, Portfolio Analyst (Finance) at Western Alliance Bank, Parent Company of Bridge Bank from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are a VP, Credit Risk Reporting Manager at Avidbank, starting in August 2023.

Adam Silvester attended Pacific Coast Banking School from 2019 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Banking from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business.

Before that, from 2008 to 2010, they studied at San Jose State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Financial Management. Adam also minor in Economics. Prior to their time at San Jose State, Adam obtained an Associates of Liberal Arts degree in Business and CIS from De Anza College.
