Their expertise lies in corporate banking, specifically in areas such as construction, manufacturing, distribution, service, and professional industries. Joe is skilled in providing financing solutions for operational and expansion needs, including lines of credit, term loans, company buyouts, and commercial real estate. Joe has held senior vice president and executive vice president positions throughout their career.

Joe then went on to Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration, where they pursued a degree in Finance.
