Dee Byers, MBA, MHA, is a Senior Benefits Manager with over 20 years of experience in employee benefits management. Currently, Dee leads benefits initiatives at Avidex, focusing on comprehensive and cost-effective employee programs. Prior to this role, Dee served as a Benefits Manager at Peter Millar and held various positions including Benefits Analyst at the City of Durham and Benefit Consultant at Pierce Group Benefits. Dee holds a Master's degree in Business and Health Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
