Stephanie Collin

Stephanie Collin is currently the Senior Manager at Funko, where Stephanie oversees Leave of Absence and Accommodation management, Health & Welfare Programs, Funko Rewards and Recognition, amongst other responsibilities. Prior to their current role, Stephanie worked as a People Operations Consultant at Reverb, advising leadership on employee relations and organizational trends. Stephanie also worked as a Benefits Partner at the Allen Institute, managing employee benefits programs, and as an HRIS Analyst at Puget Sound Energy. With a strong background in HR operations and benefits administration, Stephanie has a Master's degree in Communication and Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Advertising and Psychology from Purdue University.
