Prabode Weebadde

Prabode Weebadde has a long and varied work experience, starting in 1998 as Manager MIS at Virtusa. In 2001, they moved to Object Insight Inc as CTO. In 2005, they became Director of Technology at ICON Interactive. In 2007, they took on a role as Consultant at TuneCore. In 2009, they became Outreach Specialist at Michigan State University and Founder, CEO and Chief Architect at Venturit Inc. In 2016, they founded Avidhrt Inc and took on the role of President and Co-Founder of PHOTOSYNQ INC. Finally, in 2010, they co-founded Carcode.me.

Prabode Weebadde has an extensive education history. Prabode completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Colombo in 1997-1999. Prabode then obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems, General from the same university. In 2016, they earned a Big Data and Social Analytics Certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2019, they obtained a Negotiation Mastery Certificate from Harvard Business School Online and a Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Technology from Purdue University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Additionally, they obtained a Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021.
