Nic Q. is a seasoned UX and Product design leader with extensive experience in building and growing design teams for diverse products, including B2B, B2C, and peer-to-peer solutions. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Product Design at AvidXchange, Inc., Nic has previously established the UX organization at Extra Space Storage, driving significant improvements in sitewide conversion and user experience. With a background in Behavioral Health, Nic transitioned into UX after earning a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction Design from Indiana University. Nic's expertise spans design strategy, accessibility, and the responsible use of AI in design, enabling a seamless balance between customer needs and business goals.
