Cody Clemons

Cody Clemons has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 as an Engineer at Hi Rel Data. In 2017, they worked as a Student Internship at Northrop Grumman, a Makerspace College Role at Florida Institute of Technology, and a Systems Integration Engineer at Florida Tech Formula SAE Electric. In 2018, they were Vice President at Florida Institute of Technology, Society of Automotive Engineers, and a Technology Support Center Phone Technician at Florida Institute of Technology. In 2019, they were President of Florida Tech Society of Automotive Engineers, and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Avidyne. Finally, in 2020, they were a Mechanical Engineer at Avidyne. While at Florida Institute of Technology, they worked as a Research Assistant under Dr. Steve Shaw, assisting in the preparation of several papers, including one published in ASME's Journal of Vibrations and Acoustics. Cody prepared all of the plots and figures in the paper, as well as formatting a large number of the equations.

Cody Clemons has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Bayside High School in 2017. In addition, Clemons has obtained several certifications from Autodesk, Dassault Systèmes, and Adobe, including Autodesk Inventor Certified User, Solidworks Certified Associate - Mechanical Design (CSWA), Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Communication Using Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Certified Associate in Multiplatform Animations using Adobe Animate CC, Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Communication Using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Certified Associate in Web Authoring Using Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Certified Associate in Interactive Media Using Adobe Flash Professional, Adobe Certified Associate in Video Communication Using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Certified Associate in Graphic Design & Illustration Using Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Certified Associate in Print & Digital Media Publication Using Adobe InDesign.
