Ralph van Wissen

Ralph Van Wissen serves as the Digitization & Supply Chain Manager at Avient Corporation since September 2022, following a significant tenure at DSM from March 2007 to September 2022, where various roles included Manager Supply Chain and Digitization, Manager Digitization, and Global DSCM Director. In these positions, Ralph was instrumental in supply planning, digitization initiatives, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and the end-to-end management of goods flow. Key achievements include leading SCM improvement projects, developing a comprehensive supply chain strategy, and steering a corporate inventory reduction program that successfully generated over 250 million euros in savings. Ralph holds a PhD and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a VWO diploma from Jeanne d'Arc College Maastricht.
