Ted Desilets is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and environmental, safety, and health (ES&H) systems. Currently serving as Sr. Quality Manager at Avient Corporation since January 2021, Ted oversees management systems and compliance with ISO standards across three US manufacturing facilities. Prior to this role, Ted held the position of Regional ESHA Manager at Clariant from December 2017 to June 2020, and previously served as Safety Quality Systems Leader at Clariant, where responsibilities included the management of ES&H for three regional sites in the US. Ted began his career as a Lead Maintenance Mechanic and worked as an Installation Specialist at Down East Energy. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University and an associate degree from S.M.T.C.
