Tony Avila

Tony Avila is an experienced professional in the real estate and investment banking industry. Tony currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Avila Real Estate Capital and as the Managing Principal of Encore Capital Management. With a strong background in homebuilding and real estate investment banking, Tony has also held leadership roles at Builder Advisor Group, JMP Securities, Montgomery Securities/Banc of America Securities, Andersen Consulting, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Tony graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Economy and Business Minor.
