Joyce Hill

Joyce Hill has extensive experience in education and organizational development. Currently serving as a Tutor/Coach at Accent Advisor since June 2022, Joyce specializes in accent reduction for English learners. Concurrently, Joyce has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Baker University and Avila University since March 2020 and December 2007, respectively, where responsibilities include developing courses in Organizational Development and Human Resources. As Principal at Organizational Excellence, LLC since January 2006, Joyce provides consulting services in talent development and executive coaching. Previous roles include English Tutor at EF English First, Career Consultant at Right Management, Leadership Coach at Chrysler Financial, Director of Organizational Development at H&R Block, AVP of Organizational Development at State Street, and Organizational Development Consultant at Sprint. Joyce holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Friends University.
