Sarmita Durham has extensive experience in customer operations and service management within the transportation industry. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at AVILES-ROBBINS TRUCK LEASING LLC since April 2017, Sarmita is also the Customer Operations Manager at CSX Transportation Intermodal and CSX Intermodal Terminals, Inc., positions held since October 2014 and March 2005, respectively.
