Vikas Sharma

Vikas Sharma has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Vikas most recently worked at Avinash Group as the Head-HR, where they were responsible for overseeing HR and Administration operations. Prior to that, they held various roles at DB Corp Ltd., including State Lead - HRBP, State HR SPOC, and Unit HR Head. Vikas also worked as an Assistant Manager HR and Senior Executive Human Resources at the same company. Before joining DB Corp Ltd., they worked as an HR Executive at Metropolis Health Services (I) Ltd and as an Onboard Executive at Adecco. Throughout their career, Vikas has demonstrated skills in recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and employee onboarding.

Vikas Sharma began their education in 2002 at S.H.S. School in Baloda Bazar, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Math. Vikas completed their secondary education in 2004 with a focus on Science and Math. Then, from 2004 to 2007, they attended Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University in Raipur, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued an MBA in HR & Marketing at SSIMT Bhilai. Finally, from 2012 to 2016, they returned to Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University for their Bachelor of Laws degree in LLB.
