Madison S. is the Director of Business Operations & FSO at Avint LLC, where they leverage strong communication and organizational skills honed through various roles in finance and human resources. Previously, Madison served as the Director of Finance & Human Resources Manager at Redstone Technologies and has held multiple positions at Fluor Corporation and Gaffey Deane & Talley, contributing to their expertise in accounting, project control, and administrative tasks. Madison is also an accomplished cheer coach, currently leading the varsity team at Freedom High School and previously at Bishop O'Connell High School. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from George Mason University and are pursuing an HR certification.
