Mano Swerts

Mano Swerts has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Mano started their career at ACA IT-Solutions in 2008, where they worked as a Solution Engineer and Technical Lead. Mano played a crucial role in implementing enterprise Java software and provided consultancy services to clients. Their responsibilities included pre-sales, analysis, change management, design, development, training, and coaching.

In 2016, Mano joined Ixxus, an international consultancy firm, as a Technical Lead/Architect and Coach. Mano was involved in various activities such as technology research, pre-sales, discovery and analysis, design, development, delivery, and coaching. This role allowed him to gain extensive experience in multiple facets of project management and technology.

Currently, Mano holds the position of CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at AVIOBOOK, a role they started in January 2022. As CTO, they play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the technology-related aspects of the company.

Mano Swerts obtained a Bachelor's degree in ICT from Hogeschool PXL, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Sint-Jozefs College from 2001 to 2005, and received a degree in Economics and Math, specializing in Mathematics and Economics. In addition to their education, Mano Swerts also obtained two certifications from Alfresco. In May 2012, they became an Alfresco Certified Engineer, and in October 2011, they earned the Alfresco Recognized Developer certification.
