Yoshiki Honda has extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies, currently serving as Chairman of AvioCast Inc. since May 2011 and President of Honda Business Systems since June 2017. Additionally, Yoshiki holds the position of Chairman and CEO at Yoggy International Co., Ltd. since June 2014, specializing in the distribution of DeFelsko instruments in Taiwan. From February 2014 to July 2024, Yoshiki was President of Altemis Inc., a joint venture with AvioCast Inc. and TANIDA Ltd. Prior roles include serving as Senior Director at Infineon Technologies from 2003 to April 2011, where responsibilities involved leading the Regional Center Japan and managing global accounts, as well as working in sales at AMD Japan from 1997 to 2003. Yoshiki Honda earned a BE in Communications Engineering from Tokai University and possesses a Japanese National Qualification as a Licensed Cook from Tuji Culinary Institute.

HBS (Honda Business Systems Ltd.) has entered into an agreement with AIDC (Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation) to run the aluminum foundry starting from July 1st, 2005. AIDC has been serving aircraft industries for more than two decades, and the extensive experiences of aluminum casting have been transferred to Aviocast to better serve the customers worldwide. In 2007, AvioCast was established.
