Phil Martini

Phil Martini has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management and analytics. Phil'smost recent position was as the Director of Product Management - Analytics and Insights at Avionte Staffing Software, starting in 2022. Before that, they held the role of Director of Product Management - Software & Analytics at iA from 2021 to 2022, where they led the development of new cloud-based products and solved market penetration challenges. Prior to that, Phil worked at GEICO as the Sr. Manager - Software Development from 2018 to 2021, leading projects and modernizing the tech stack. Phil also has experience at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK as the Sr. Manager - Business Analysis from 2014 to 2018, overseeing reporting and analysis initiatives. Earlier in their career, Phil held positions at Determine, Angie's List, Datalliance, and GP Strategies Corporation, gaining experience in analytics, project management, and change management.

Phil Martini has a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations Management and Management from the University of Cincinnati. Phil also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Economics, and Operations Management from the University of Dayton. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications such as Pendo Essentials and Product Analytics from Pendo.io, Building a Better Response from USAID, Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org, and various others from organizations like CFA Institute, Google, Microsoft, and the Project Management Institute.
