Paula Gaddi

Paula Gaddi has over a decade of experience in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as Gerente de Relacionamento and previously as Supervisora de Operações and Atendimento VIP Select at AVIPAM TURISMO E TECNOLOGIA since June 2018. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at TREND Viagens from January 2011 to September 2017, such as Supervisora de Suporte e Pós Travel, Supervisora de Atendimento e Vendas, and Operadora Líder Operacional. Additional experience includes a brief tenure in customer service at CVC CORP and operational consultancy at Travel Service Agência de Viagens. Paula Gaddi holds a degree in Turismo, Gestão de Turismo from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, completed between 2008 and 2010.
